Which antispyware and anti adware software do u use?

Now I am using all anti-ware products relating to AVG because i think they are the best.

iam using panda antivirus for both viruses and spyware

i have installed 3 softwares in my PC:
AVG
Avast
Norton
They are goood and i run a test every morning so that no new virus comes.

i'm using AntiVir Guard, and i often do a spyware scan
with "Spybot - Search & Destroy" (but it isn't good) and "ewido" (that's slow but very very good)

I try a lot of anti virus software but I am comfortable. When my friend recommend the AVG, I try it and I consider it very useful and very helpful. I am using right now the AVG Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware. It has a lot of advantage and protect me a lot for any virus attack and spyware. It is automatic updating daily.

You can use just one software , deep freeze
it's nice and don't slow the computer , personally I don't need an antivirus at all , if I have a prb just I reboot the computer

I use Spybot Search and Destroy, Lavasoft Adware and Spyware Blaster as my primary protection and cleaning (if i do get infected). Just for extra precaution I also use Host Manager and of course I surf cautiously.

Yes, Deep Freeze is fantastic with some small minor issues like not being compatible with Nvidia chipset drivers and the hassle of moving all your user settings to another location than "C:". Otherwise you just can't simply save anything on C: Other than that it is an awesome program and I am a reseller as well and will continue to support this great product.

I use McAfee antispyware program for antispyware.Even this program is free and it gets updated almost everyday.
