What do you think about hostdepartment.com ?

Hi
I want your opinion about this host they give amazing features like unlimited space and bandwidth with free domain and other things only for 3.95 if you buy a year .
What do you think about it ? Do you buy from them ?
This host is online since 20-Jul-2001 . I really need your opinion .

nice per a month, it says 3.95 for a month but you can pay annually (that it doesnt say how much). But i like the unlimited feature, but i dont see any thing indicating php, mysql or any of those good cpanel goodies.

You can get the developer no limit site you will find php , asp and other things .
So anybody tried that host ?
