Default Interesting history of ICANN

An interesting look at the history of the ICANN system and how the people who were supposed to stabilise the Internet nearly brought the entire thing crashing down...

http://www.paradigm.nu/icann/

It takes a while to get through them all (I'd guess 20 mins), but for anyone with a vauge interest in how the Net works this is one to watch...

Now, when will they deal with Verisign??

Note to admin: Not sure which forum this should go into, so I'll drop it here and let you move if you want.

I watched the first one - quite long! But interesting. I'll try to get to the other 2 soon enough. Still reloading everything onto my PC after a reformat!

The plot thinkens throughout video 2 and during the first bit of video 3, but then things start to happen in the right direction...

Reload after format - aren't you using Disk Image or Ghost to do that? Alternatively use XP, I haven't had to even think about reformatting so far which is good compared to Win98 (but that might have been the old PC also).
