There's no way on comparing these languages.. C++ is an object oriented language, but C is not.
In overall, I think c++ is better because you can reuse codes in other pages.

the best programming language is the language you know the most. and depends on what you intend to do with that language. for example Java is better than C in web application, C is better than java in low level programming, ASM is better than C, Pascal is stupid whatever you want to do with...

i`ve learnt C but don`t know C++. But i heard that C is more powerful than C++. Its an interesting language and its a great fun to learn it.

C++ is the easy to C language but I'm using PHP because PHP is the easiest programing language and also very powerful.
