is there any site giving domain for free and free hosting? what if I register with a free domain then host by another site. is it possible?

Nope. Not that I know of. THere may be a coule of sites that give a domain (EX WWW.JimmyM.com), but they would flood you heavily with all sorts of unwanted popups and ads.

You can get a domain both here and at hostbidder if you post enough. As for hosting, there are all kinds of free hosting plans out there. Try Google.
