If you want a forum quik , you have to go to some forum host.

or any other phpbb hosts said above.
the thing is that they place ads.

Or if you want your own forum , get a hosting and start your own forum.

According to me if you think you can get huge amounts of visitors and you wanna make money out of it , get a hosting and start your own forum.
And if you just want a forum and dont wanna make money
got to invisionfree.com and setup your forum now.
