Placing google adsense below first post and at end posts

I am using IPB 2.0.. Can some one figure out for me or give me guidance how can i place ads between posts. OR after fisrt post & before last post. One can do this easily in vbulletin but need for IPB.. Please help

I think u r talking abt the bbcode that works at most forums, but i have found bbcode not working with google!
