well its not just clicks that can earn you money but also page impressions play an important role. If you want to earn alot and especially wants to keep a long term and good relation with adsense then i suggest not to focus on such part. Always try to increase your website traffic and will get positive reward in return.

each ads have different value so there is no way to know as how much click is needed to touch $100 mark.

you can get 10cents or $1 but its depends on that keyword.

AFAIK higest paying keyword is mesothelioma

How can you justify your comments.
I have never heard of such percentage before. Even Adsense its self does not disclose the exact amount of revenue earned by publisher. No doubt, the figure you have mentioned above is from wrong resources as no such information is given on official webpages.
