My Suggestions:

1. Get a New Host. Those ads are just bull.
2. Find a host that has premade online editors of layouts.
3. Don't use .doc extensions.

A lot of ads.... Check clanforumslive.com or quotaless.com.. Both are good.. I am with clanforumslive.com

my suggestion would
that you should make it more clean
have nice colours to your site
add more information and make it more big.
and my personal opinion owul dbe make your own personal website not on any free hosting..
