Just wanted to know that has any body tried Google video ads?
I once tried to add these ads but only an image was displayed that didn’t link to any video, may be at that time video ads was newly launched. Has any body added these ads to their site? If yes then how are your experience with these ads and how much it increases your earnings? Please share your experience here, so other webmaster can know about its importance. * video ads have been introduced in year 2006 by Google Thanks |

Thanks for your interest in this thread, here is some detailed information about it.
Click To Play video ads can be used by publisher. When a page loads, only a static image will be visible that do not increase page loading time; the video will start playing only when the user initiates it, that’s why it’s called ‘click-to-play video ads’. To see video ads format please visit the official link of google adsense below https://www.google.com/adsense/adformats#video Hope you get a better idea now Thanks |

I'm pretty sure that video ads do pay more per click, but you have almost no control over whether they are displayed or not. They only work if image ads are enabled, and there are only specific sizes. I have had some of them appear randomly on sites of mine, and I think that they are cooler and better than normal ads, just because they are more attractive and so people would be more inclined to click on them. I almost clicked on mine a couple of times, but resisted the temptation
