Visual Basic is definitely a Programming Language! I am starting to do tutorials for it and it has scripting as well as visual parts!

I'll agree with you, it does have alot of visual elements when you compare it to the likes of java, but none-the-less it is very much a programming language. Escpecially the more you program the more you will understand.

Ha ha! It's true that Visual Basic has a lot of visual tools,
but these visual tools can't work whitout the code from the back.

I think that VB deserve to be here... in this section.
