I think dreamhostis the best host. but it's expensive .If you want a plan host you should buy bluehost .Cheap ,fast and good support.

simple i don't say nothing about this, just suggest to search in google or any search engine with "overselling dreamhost" keyword. you can find how can they give you this kind huge space.
