Question PhotoShop CS2?

Is there any way to make flashing head lights on cars in photoshop?Or is it with Adobe DreamWeaver?Please if there's a tutorial you may know about please post it.

Would have to make an animated gif then, I am not sure whether this can be done directly with photoshop. Give google a go for that , otherwise you can easily find an application which could make an animated gif for you out of a bunch of images. Which basically would be a lights on and lights off image in the simplest fashion.

u ant do it With Photoshop but u can do it with ImageReady

Please zalaki post a tutorial and let me know how to use ImageReady?I never used it befor but seen it when I downloaded photoshop?

this is the best site for all kind of tutorials when it comes to graphics in my opinion. what i like about it is they also offer video tutorials.
