I use various website to get ringtones and clips. But for business, I don't know. I have a collection of Ringtones which I collected from webs. Maybe I can share it with you. PM me if you need some.

There are a lot of sites on the net who offer free logos and ring tones. You can also find out the reviews of mobile sets on them. Some of them are

mobilemasti.com
muskurahat.com
deshimobile.com
gsmarena.com etc.
