What should I do with pending applications at CJ

I have registered a Wiki Page to some Affiliate Programs. Some of my application were approved right away while others are in pending status. What should I do with the pending ones? Should I just wait?

Or was it rejected ?

Ok, with my exprience - DO NOT put ads on your site, where the source did not prove you For the reason that they can laterr say, when your earnt a fair amount of $, that ur site does not qualify and all your hardwoork will go to the trashcan.
