Voted for Dreamhost.
I currently use it. It's really nicely priced. (I reccommend the discount code 'evenmoney' without the quotes). Great extras, such as 1 click wordpress and forum installs. It has gone down a couple of times since I had it, but not long enough for me to get angry. |
