SMF gives more problems IF you have a slower host

for paid ones, vbulletin is great especially if you want security. though i find ipb's admincp the best of all forums software. for free, i use either smf or mybb.

Mine is phpBB because it is great to use and is free.

If I had the money though, I would choose vbulletin because it has wayy more features

SMF isnt that much better and a lot of people are liking it. Dont know why is this.

However, check this www.movietalkfest.com, its a forum using Mybb with a vbulletin skin. Its 70% looking like as a Vbulletin forum

... See that and you will surprise.

i have been active on some forums built over vBulliten and thats why i like it. its easy for me to navigate in it

vBullentin is awsome but the best free one is SMF, its easy to install and setup. And great support by the SMF community.
