What do you expect from your webhost?

Hello all,

Out of curiosity, being an end-user yourself, when you purchase hosting from your provider, do you expect a lot from them? A lot as in

1) if there is problem, say network issue with datacenter, would you accept your webhost's explanation?

2) you complain that the CPU resources is not enough for you after being suspended for overloading the server?

Or perhaps you have anything in mind that you would want to share as in what do you expect from your provider once you pay them your money? Do you demand a lot? or do you demand reasonably?

this types are bogus hosts and they always say like this only
I always enjoyed on some hosting companies and also one free host which is more better and good support etc
I dont compain to any hosts just i leave them and look for a better host

because anyway i would waste time by asking and asking better to forget them and look for another host

Well said. I attended a seminar recently and was told that clients who complained are those that might not leave but clients who keep silent will end up being the one who leaves.. Guess it's true after all.

Btw, how many chances will you give your webhost before you leave?
