What do you look for when purchasing hosting?

What specific features do you look for when you are looking to purchase hosting from a company?

I look for:

Live support chat
99.9% uptime
In the business for atleast four years
A good looking website

Thats the four main features i look for.

1. how long the Hosting site has been open
2. a nice site design
3. lots of support.. say chat , support ticket and forums
4. yep 9.99% Uptime

I look for what there features are.Mainyl liek mysql's and space and bandwidth but every now and then i look at there feedback.

speed
and if is reliable ( looking references)
finally price

I looks for the bandwidth and the price.
But dont have more experience in webhosting.

Price, bandwidth, available diskspace, features, uptime, realibility, user reviews mainly. Overall if the host is stable you won't need to use support frequently anyways or anything, like with some hosts I've never even required to contact them at all, it just worked perfectly.
