For graphic design I use Photoshop CS2 (version 9 of PS series). For the code (html and javascript) I prefer Notepad, but I used Frontpage and Dreamweaver MX a lot (it just make this job easy and "fastly").
So I recommend Photoshop and Notepad

I use to MS front page for web designing. It is very easy to understand.
But the anoter one is DreamWeaver. It has more futures and is more advanced. But DreamWeaver is used by the experienced ones only. |
