I use Dreamweaver 8 to code all my websites because it is the best out there. I use Photoshop CS2 to create graphics for my websites.

An open source alternative to Photoshop is GIMP lots of people who don't have Photoshop use GIMP. An open source alternative to Dreamweaver would be Notepad++. Notepad++ is simple but helpful!

Well, even i use dreamweaver. Its too good and too ineractive.
Yes, for some people it may turn out to be lil awkward. But believe me, as and when u'll be using dreamweaver, u'll like it more and more. keep using it, keeep trying it and finally it will become a hell lot easier to use.

With dreamweaver, i use Koolmoves... a simple alternative to flash. Koolmoves is damn easy than flash. ofcourse, flash is much advanced.

I use the plain and simple notepad text editor for basic html and css paint for images party because they're free and partly because they're much easier to use than most other advanced programs.
