Talking getting old,...

Last weekend, my wife and I visited an old couple who had their 50th marriage anniversary. Together with friends and family, both man and woman enjoyed the festivities.Everytime the old man wanted something from his wife, he always started his sentence with 'darling' or 'honey' or another romantic phrase.I took him apart and told him he must love his wife dearly because he was always saying such nice words to her. 'Hell no', he answered,'but for the last ten years I just can't remember her name!'

LOL!

Heh, now that's a good one.

I had actually been feeling really old last week, approaching my 32nd birthday. Never felt old before, and was having myself a mini mid-life crisis. Then I had to go with my mum to the solicitors, and left feeling like a goofy teenager.

Moral of the story is: if you;re feeling old, go spend time out in town with a parent. Ideal for feeling more young again.
