Ok guys calm down.
I think its a good start. Colors are nice, forest graphic is VERY nice (although very symmetrical), but the overall layout is too small. I see scroll bars on the bottom-right box and I agree with the unfitting <hr>ish separators. Seems like the top graphic takes up the most space and

Also, the flash thing is unaligned (at least in FireFox - Mozilla).
The design has a lot of potential.

Good job

if the content is shit, yes i could care less what the design looks like..

but if he is asking for judgment on the design, i gave that as well. just saying abt the content.. no need to get all defensive.

as for the design, i'll say again: The content box is too small. Thats, honestly, the only complaint i have abt it, other than what everyone else has said.

I expect, that when you do put the content in, it will be great. but no one can honestly judge until then.

Thanks anyway, I would like more comments on the flash; how's the preloader, the small flies that react when the mouse, the buttons, the background music and so on...

the flash is cool, but as dimitry said it isnt aligned in a mozilla engine.

the preloader well im on cable so all i got to see what the 2 black parts sliding away from each other.

i didnt realize until you mentioned it that the flies react to the mouse... try to make that a bit mroe obvious

im not a big fan of bg music and am glad u can turn it off... but the music isnt bad IMO.

and i do like the nav and how a description come sup on the left when u hover a nav option.. but maybe try putting the descrip in a better font. maybe try finding a font that fits better with the rest of the site as well... the one you put in the news frame doesnt seem to fit the site.

THX, I've thought about putting the background music i a separate flash, so if you want to listen to it then you can oad it, instead of it loading it together with the main image, total about 160kbytes, the music consists of 140k...

i think putting it in a seperate flash would be a good idea, IMO. But it's up to you after all.

Iv'e just created a new layout, with more space for the content, and made the flash smaller. Check it out! www.armin.dk

mmm.. getting there. i dont particularly like the headers.. like "site of the week". the text is cool, but the line under it... doesnt fit.

and you could prolly make the iframe stretch down all the way with the rest in the space left, that'd look better .
