Very nice layout, indeed. However, I can't help but to notice the logo -- it's been done all to often, in my honest opinion. Also, perhaps justify the text?

Heh it's very neat.
Can't say it's corporate because of the small nature of design (small font, width of area, pixel font, etc.) but it's neat & clean and very useable .

The only thing that bothers me is the red color. Maybe a different variation of that would fit better?

Yup, as some people at theroot poointed with a nice long explanation that this couldn't really be deemed corporate. Oh well, I call it 'business' then ;D
