Data Deleted....Recovery Software Needed

By mistake I deleted some of my very Imp. Files & Folders. It's size was around 1.6 GB.

How can i recover it ? Is their a data recovery software which can recovery the data of 1.6gb ?

you could have..... not deleted it when it asked ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO DELETE THIS FILE???
