Are you absolutely sure you haven't been visited? I ask because it's really Awstats that alerts me when the MSN bot turns up - Webalizer isn't very good for showing it's visits, and I haven't relied on analog for some time.
If it hasn't been yet then I would simply guess it's a matter of time - certainly it's visited here quite a bit.

Inktomi-based systems like static links best - I've heard tell of Inktomi spiders spidering some dynamic content - but that they much prefer to harvest new URLs from static pages.
Now...the Yahoo! Slurp bot is effectively an Inktomi spider with stripes on it - but the new MSN bot I know little of. It seems to be fine with spidering dynamic content, despite session URLs - but if it does share any temperamental habits of Inktomi - which powered the original MSN search - then it's worth investing in some static links. Have you taken out an ad in www.Bluefind.com yet? Static URLs plus good PageRank...
