That's actually not too bad - though "Future PageRank" seems a little misleading, as it's effectively automated querying of the Google datacenters. But a good tool to watch during PR updates (I'm not seeing this one swinging much for the moment).

It's only really going to be useful in an update -> checknig to see which datacenters are updating first, and checking out for the SERP movements there.
However, I remember there was a more basic "future PR" tool that claimed to be able to predict a site's root PR - I think by checking the frequency of link generation. That one didn;t particularly work well, though - PR is just so relative, and no one really knows where Google will move the PR goalposts next.

Why do you want to spend time predicting future PR?
Isn't it better to use that time to do active promotion of your website? The future PR will appear when it appears, worrying and second-guessing it's value will not make it happen any faster.

PageRank also seems something of a white elephant - I've watched sites lose and gain PR - but traffic gain is not at all related.
For example, one of my information sites was PR 6 - uniques visitors were just under 1000 per day. Then it went down to PR5 - unique visitors went up to nearly 1300. At the last update it went to PR6 - unique visitors down to around 800 uniques. No change in links or content - just search engine traffic. And that was not at all related to PageRank.

I came across this tool a few days ago, http://www.keyone.co.uk/prreports.asp. It seems quite handy, you give it a list of URL's and it emails you your list with the PR for each of them. From what the sites says, the tool doesnt use any checksums.

The idea that the tool doesn't require a checksum gets my hackles up - especially when they're asking for e-mail contact only. I can't say I'm keen on the method.
There are plenty of other free PR checkers out there that do not require your e-mail address or point of contact.
