I need some help here!
I was doing this internet marketing for quite some time to improve my website traffic and rankings on the search engine results. I have done: * blogging * directory submission * article submission * and forum posting still the traffic i have is not enough to make my site visible to the top of the search engine results. Is there other strategies i haven't tried? |

When you're looking at SEO as a factor of ONline Marketing, it is without doubt going to be a matter of combining your on-stie SEO and off-site SEO factors to build your positioning in the search engines...
I'm presuming it it the cartridge site you are referring to and have been optimising... On-site SE-wise, I'd look to build your content and link structure... introduce more keyword rich copy which is specific to the page it is contaned on - each page's theme should be optimised individually. And don't be afraid to get some in-line anchor text in there too... And it goes without saying get some rich content on there - RSS feeds etc... As for the off-site SEO work it's evident you've been doing some good Online Marketing with Links - but you can always do more... Get your relevant articles written and out there and link back - it's all about the theme of the site and the articles pointing to it - the more articles, and more relevant they are the better... Hope that's a reasonable starting point! What timeframe have you been working on it for by the way? And which keywords are you targeting? I have a number of clients at present in the toner cartridge industry...

The problem is, you're in a very competitive market for starters - secondly, you need to think not in terms of link volume, but link authority That means you'll probably have to consider setting aside a significant marketing spend just for link development, if you're really serious about developing organic traffic. Got to admit, I think you still have a lot of room to develop the ink site better - I look at that, and I immediately think low conversion rate. 2c.
