Any recommended one for opt in lists for Online Business?

Can anyone recommend where we can purchase Email lists which are 100% opt in lists for Online Business?

double opt in for business' is extremely tricky ground. In fact its so vague, we don't operate in this area at all.

We only sell consumer emails, because the rules are a lot clearer. With business double opt in (meaning they are willing to be contacted by third parties, you) you need to include your full registered office address, etc just as with consumer, but you need to also be sending an email which is offering a service the company would or potentially use.

For instance if our casino site (www.amazingcasino.co.uk) sent blanket emails to all NHS double opt in email address' that could be perceived as spam and as you are sending to business' you run the risk of heavy fines (not only by the DMA but possibly ICO) and putting a black mark against your company/trading name !

Its a tricky one it really is, i would possible try trader magazines and or online adverts for instance advertising on this forum!
