RBS business account & business credit card - crap!

I finally got it at 17:50 last night.

Couldn't get it to verify through Paypal, though, and couldn't get it to transact on a US site I was trying to buy advertising for.

I thought there may be a problem with no county - ie, Highland - showing on the card address, when processors often ask for a state/county.

Ringing this morning, it turns out that while correspondence is sent to my Highlands address, the card was actually registered at my previous address from 8 months ago. The call centre girl tried to insist my address was the old one and that I'd need to send in a letter stating a change of address - until she noticed that the card had two addresses on the records, and apparently had been wrongly updated when I informed of my new address last September.

Overall - RBS staff seem pretty bloody clueless - but hopefully everything is finally sorted out.

Still doesn't bode well for the future if they can't get a simple thing as your address right.
