There's not much discussion on this subject as yet, but Stone Temple recently ran a basic analysis between a few different stats programs:
http://www.stonetemple.com/articles/...may-2007.shtml Unfortunately, they simply compare how they measure traffic more than anything, rather than the individual plus & minus points of each application. However, I'm sure we'll see more in this arena soon. Meanwhile, I'm hoping to start something with IndexTools this week...

what is indextools? is this something you wrote? i know on my art site the person who developed it put in a php thingy for stats which he made and it was far more accurate than the commercial version.

IndexTools is major stats program like Clicktracks - I believe it can integrate directly with PPC management consoles, so that you can track exactly how much profit you made from which visitors and where they exactly came from in terms of PPC/SEO and cost per acquisition by keywords, etc.
