I have few question:
-How do we know that a website is SEO friendly or not and how to verify? -Is there any benefit to SEO by making frequently updating your website every day automaticaly? I expect few points and inputs from all of you.

A SEO friendly website will have at least the following basic characteristics:
- Simple structure, with text descriptions instead of flash or java technologies - Keyword optimised pages (keywords spread throughout the text, keywords in title, in H1 and H2 tags, in image ALT tags) - Good internal linking structure Apart from these, you also need to remember link building and other forms of online marketing. Hope this helps! |

Well, since today is really the age of links, you might see many websites that are not SEO friendly yet being at the top, some purely flash made websites for example having many top 10 positions, because of the very powerful links pointing to them, so onpage factors, although very important cannot have that determining factor at present.

I update both on a periodic basis - the main thing to watch out for is that if you change any URLs or remove any pages, ensure you 301 redirect them somewhere useful on your site.

Well, I'd say that if people are finding it through search engines, then that's about the best (not to mention obvious) verification. Check it out in your server logs.
