Hi there,
I made my page say as domain.com listing any link to other domain that contains certain link back to domain.com Do search engines dislike it? If so, why?

I think he means rep. linking - linking A to B and B to A again...
The search engines (especially Google) don't dislike these links, it's just they devalue them to the point of uselessness...

Reciprocal links are weighed less than other quality links in PR - but it does not really hurt your site as long as you stay away from bad neighborhoods and link with relevant sites in your niche IMO.

Reciprocal links won't harm your rankings, but they wont help as much as a one-way link. However, any link on a links page or in a list of links is practically useless anyway. You want your link to be placed in an article or substantial piece of text which comments on your product, industry or a related topic, with one of your targeted keywords as the anchor text for the link to your site.
