We own worldwide patents on the product we sell and when we find a website selling copies or fakes of our product if they are using Pay Pal for their merchant provider we just file a complaint with Paypal and a few weeks later they are closed down. My problem is what if a fake selling website is using a different merchant provider say HSBC or one in the USA etc how do you actually find out where to get them closed down ?
Any thoughts ?

Well, maybe I'm missing something here, but if you go through the sales process for ordering, that usually has a big giveaway somewhere.

I know nwhat you mean I wasn't exactly clear in my question :-) Some sites do tell you who the merchant provider is but a hell of a lot don't What I suppose I am trying to ask is do Mastercard or Visa have a direct complaint number as many different providers use Mastercard or Visa HSBC Barclays Natwest etc If it's a Paypal Merchant account we have a number to call or fax and it's done it would be nice if the big two also provided that service.
PS Brian is there a spell check on the Forum as my spellin sux

If you use Internet Explorer you could us a product (free) called IE Spell http://www.iespell.com/download.php It checks spelling on Internet Explorer forms, I know it works with IE6 but haven't tested on IE7
