I am trying to open my own business (coffee shop) but the problem is I am not citizen (international students) I really do not know what to do... Anyone has an idea for me or suggestions that would help me. Thank you very much

I think you might run into a lot of trouble not being a citizen. I've moved overseas recently and saw my American credit history rendered completely meaningless. My guess is you don't have much (if any) credit history in America as an international student, which will make it extremely difficult to sign rental agreements for the building, get a business loan, etc.
