Default Comfort Factor

We all know that have a product or service that meets business requiremnts and having USP's is only part of the sales equation.

One of the hardest jobs for SME's is to create enough comfort factor for the prospect to place and order.

BIZAL would like to know what the best comoft factor statements you have come accross or use.

Please remember that they need to be factual rather than emotive, saying your the best, we care, does not help when all your compition say the same!!!

It depends on your targeted industry, though.

For example, a web design firm might want to promote quality and technical expertise first, wheras a webhosting company might want to promote support as a primary issue.

Have you got any more specific examples we can play with?
