Here's a really interesting article on how to potentially increase your Adsense revenue - by blocking out low-paying Made For AdSense sites:
AdSense Revenue Increases 200% by filtering MFA sites The main domain is currently offline, but you can find the beta version here: AdsBlackList.com - Filter them and increase your revenue ! According to discussion at DigitalPoint, this seems to have a real impact on income: AdSense Revenue Increases 200% by filtering MFA sites. I'm currently testing this out - just added the list to my competitive filter and will see if it helps with my Adsense income - not that it's all that high at the moment.

Do you have any thoughts on the recent Google Slap, AdWords Smart Pricing, the "death" and "life" of AdSense debate?

I'm afraid my own PPC experience is very limited, so I can't really comment on the Smart Pricing debate.
As for AdSense - well, let's put it this way - my AdSense income this month is 25% of what it was a year ago. I no longer treat it as a significant revenue stream and have been removing it from my sites. For lower traffic sites especially it doesn't seem a fair deal to advertisers.

That is an interesting concept. Thanks for those. I'm still working on making Adsense a viable income stream for my websites. I'm making 2 times what I was making last month - which is still piddling - but better!
