I desperately needed to redesign my business website - I had planned to have it finished and up for yesterday - but still not finished.
Realised that I was never going to get it finished anytime soon, so I decided to be drastic and uploaded the site in development over the original site files. Effectively criplling my main business website for human users and search engine spiders! I couldn;t live with that, so I've spent most of the day head down trying to correct it. Ay-yai-yai - messing with tables just isn't when you have to debug for a single errant TR or TD tag screwing up the page. Most major sections now finished with new graphics - still not in good shape, but it's mainly minor things left to do. Oh yes - I shall indeed have the site finished tomorrow. ![]() Drastic measures and all that.

Is this the http://www.britecorp.co.uk site? It looks very similar to the previous design to me, no...?

Yes - quite similar - I want to retain style as a part of the branding. I need to make it more of a marketing site, than info site, though.
Still haven't finished, by the way. Tsk. But dumping it all online made me do most of the hardest work much more quickly.

I am not sure if you are looking for feedback but i will give a little anyway
![]() It realy needs a bit of colour instead of black and white. The back and white comes off as cold and dated. Otherwise its a grand site. I havnt enough posts yet to post a link but google for 'Colourmatch remix' for a great site that will create a colour scheme for you. you may already know it. |

No problem, Alan.
![]() I'm still developing the site and trying to get the layout and structuring sorted out. Any design development from there should be pretty easier to implement, as everything is built via PHP incldue statements.
