Not set it up myself, but to be honest, excepting for a few technical niggles, I'm very pleased with using Paypal.

Approx 60% account of paypal are still unverified, If you are looking a solution especially for Europe You can have a look to worldpay and chronopay. They both are reliable and reputed one you could go with.

There's an ad in the top right of Paypal once I've logged in - but I'm afraid I can't post a direct link as it's in the secure members area.

I can see an add for the new paypal credit card - but this is just a normal "physical" credit card in conjunction with GE Capital Bank Limited
I wonder why I cannot see a link to the debit card?

I have a PayPal debit card - but I am in the US, so I'm not sure where it is available. It is only available to those with professional rather than free, personal PayPal accounts. I do know that you can use it as a debit card with a PIN, or as a credit card (Mastercard logo on it). If you use it as a credit card, you get cash back (I think 1.5%) back into your PayPal account immediately.
I've never had a problem with it before. |

Yeah, I had a PayPal Mastercard for years, and loved it. Didn't have to wait for wire transfers to hit your bank account, plus the government never seen the money hit your account.
![]() Unfortunately, a bank machine in Budapest decided to eat it, and I wasn't able to get it back. Then I guess PayPal changed their rules, because even when I was back in Canada they wouldn't issue me another one. *shrug* |

I have an AussieDebitCard that can be funded with PayPal. The fee is 2%. The card is under Cirrus/Maestro network. Very convenient for me. I have been using it since July. Hope I have helped.
