Hi
when naming urls and wanting to create a sapce for example: www.whatever/web development would it be more SE freindly to put it as: www.whatever/web_development or www.whatever/web-development. I'm never really sure on this and get conflicting advice each time. Thanks |

I would recommend you change it to a hyphen.
![]() Also, don't forget, you don't even need to consider using spaces. You could actually use keyworded folders instead: www.whatever/web/development That also gives you more scope on your structuring and internal link architecture, yet retain good keyword URLs, should you wish to create a cluster of similar themed content pages.
