Hi All,

I wonder if anyone with a WorldPay merchant account could confirm this:
WorldPay has said that a customer's credit card details are sent to the WorldPay merchant ..... Is this correct?

Only if you're using their phone service, whereby you take their card details over the phone.

If you're using the standard WorldPay service, i.e. people enter the card details on a WorldPay page, then no, you do not see the card details. You'll see the persons address and so on, but not the card numbers.

Indeed - there is also an option to pre-authorise transactions, which means that you need to manually allow transactions to be processed - but even then, you see no card details whatsoever.
