Poster restrictions

I've just installed a mod from vbulletin.org that should prevent new users from being able to post a URL or image until they've reached 15 posts.

This replaces the previous attempt, which worked fine on the previous version of vbulletin, but not vbulletin 3.5

It's unfortunate to have to do it, but as forums like this are a constant target for the lowest affiliate marketers and kin, we really need an automated system to keep them at bay.

Anyway, please do tell me if you experience any problems with it at all...
