User CP Error

I've just noticed that the USER CP isn't working? Clicking on it gives the following error:

The resource cannot be displayed

I would hazzard a guess that the usercp.php file has the wrong CHMOD set - but that's just a first guess...

What's odd is that I also have the issue on a single page of the new Platinax site - a set of articles, and one of the leads to the same error. But...it's a mod_rewritten page URL, so I don't understand why that page wouldn't be fine when the others are. Also, the UserCP was working before and I haven't touched it, or made changes. Baffled, but will look into it.

Turned out to be an issue with mod_security:
