I've tried Article Submitter Pro - but aside from being buggy, it doesn't actually autosubmit - it calls up site submission pages in a frame and although it will try and autosubmit the info as you do so, I found it couldn't handle a lot of sites very well.
Also - more importantly - I've found that it's wise to have a HTML and text-only version of your article, and automated software I don't think is able to make that call.
