Default Is yours a "Big Board"?

http://www.big-boards.com/

Interesting - hopefully one days I will have more than one forum up there.

There are some seriously big forums on there. The current requirements are "more than 500,000 posts". If we did ever reach that with one of our forums, I wonder if the goalposts will have been moved by then...?

Even vBulletin.com has "only" 550,000 posts.

Maybe one day...

By my calculations (and allowing for increased post level as we get more and more members), we should get there with a travel site by 2013. :P

Yet, by the time 2013 arrives, Big Boards will no doubt have become a porn site or something...

Any board is big to me. I once opened a community forum but it just didn't move. After a year I had ten members and no more than 100 posts. I don't know how other forums manage it especially not a forum with over half a million posts. Luck?

More like a combination of both hard work and luck, I would imagine...
