Marketplace now Classifieds

Due to the slow nature of their use, I don't see there being any justification in having separate "Offers" and "Requests" boards.

So I've now renamed "Marketplace" to "Classified", and moved the "Requests" topic to the Offers board - and re-named that "Offers and Requests".

Helps streamline the board a little - I don't like seeing empty boards around.

There's not much in either. It's got to be a good idea! Can I ask if your stopping spammers or letting them in to post?
