Not too fussed on the designs, prefer less cluttered and more clean looking layouts. Just my opinion though!

Messy looking sites too much clutter and takes too long to find what they are about.

I think it’s great working alongside a programmer because he/she can shed light on problems I might have with code and I can get a website done faster because I am not pulling my hair out trying to figure stuff out!

Agree with Xander Design and Image Man, just wasn't impressed with the layout or the clutter, the site needs to be reworked.

Even if we are not talking about the SEO factors of the first site presented, using frames is not going to have a great impression on the visitors.

Also, creating too many images and using small fonts, will make people wondering for minutes just what they are searching for...
