Im impressed. Even the first site was better than many I see designed by 'experts' today.
I started a business in Jan 2003 with 2 partners. Had very little cash to start with, just enthusiasm and a willingness for hard work. Our first year turnover was just over £120,000 and this year we should go over the £300,000 mark. Profits run around 20%.
We also have our own website (designed by me and I don't pretend to be an expert) www.avalon-couriers.co.uk
Im also now working on a UK web directory and worldwide search engine. www.gofindit4.me.uk (this site is more as a hobby than anything else. Feel free to submit any sites you may have.)
