VB problem

My archive keeps all my threads but they disappear from the forum index. How do I stop this from happening in my admin panel?

Sounds odd - first though is whether you have definitely enabaled the static archive from the vB admin > vBulletin Options section.

Second thought is that you may have made an editing error on the footer template?

Third thought - is mod_rewrite on your server as a module for Apache or via PHP? I know I've seen real problems using mod_rewrite, especially on vBulletin, where it is as a PHP module instead of an Apache one.

It helps but doesn't solve, thanks anyway, I've already checkout all the VB options section with no luck, it's probably some of the second and third thoughts you mentioned, in that case I have no idea.. The threads come back if you select which period you want to view threads from on the Display Options under posts but not visible from index.
