Important: Guidelines now up

I've finally added official Guildeines for the site, which covers issues such as posting coduct, privacy policy, self-promotion and restrictions on signature use.

I would very much appreciate that people ensure that they are properly familiar with the new Guidelines:

The general overview - nothing surprising on the conduct front - simply asks for us to be respectful and not rude.

Also, I've tried to make the issue of self-promotion a little clearer - I'm not at all against people having some degree of self-promotion involved in their being active here, but there are limits to self-promotion of own commercial interests.

Of specific interest may be the new Guidelines for signature use - to summarise:

- 250 characters max.
- 4 lines max
- 2 links max
- no use of font size or colours
- no affiliate links


The Guidelines can be found at the top of the forum navigation bar, between UserCP and Memberlist.

I've also added the "Today's Posts" feature, for those only looking for a daily update when they visit.
